REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect product (wrong size or model), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and provide you with the correct one at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items such as sale items, perishable goods, or items that have been used or opened are not eligible for a refund unless defective or damaged.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged goods). We will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Return Authorization:
Once we have approved your refund request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to include this number in your return package.

Return Shipping:
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping must be tracked to ensure that the product is received back in our warehouse.

Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the refund amount may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products:
If your item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for the correct or undamaged item at no additional charge. Please follow the same steps for requesting a refund and mention that you would prefer an exchange.

Exchanges for Change of Mind
For exchanges due to a change of mind, we ask that you return the product within 7 days in unused and original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
